RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1. Define Objectives and Specifications

1 Ensure understanding of client's business and culture.

Obtain client consensus on position's scope and responsibilities, compensation package, reporting relationships and the profile of the executive.

2 Develop the search plan.

3 Feedback 

 

We levy professional charges as under: -

The clients company will have to pay charges as under 

 

1)       Experience upto 5 years : 8.33% of Gross Salary 

2)       Experience from 5.1 - 9 years:10% of Gross Salary 

3)       Experience from 9.1 years + : 12.5% of Gross Salary
 

PaymentWe will raise the bill of professional charges once the candidate joins and we expect bill payment within 30 days.

 

Free Replacement: - If the candidates leave within Three months of joining up to Asst.manager level and six months of joining for Above Assistant manager level, we shall provide you free replacement.
